Customers who are unsatisfied with their purchase may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made to offer refunds past this 14-day window due to the digital nature of our products.
To be request for a refund, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchasing a course or eBook and include all supporting materials listed below:
- An explanation for why you are requesting the refund. Please be as detailed as possible to help us improve our user experience!
- A list of the techniques and recipes you tried and a brief summary of the results you got with them.
All refunds are discretionary, and are contingent on students having made a good-faith effort to complete course materials.
If a refund is issued, you will lose access to all eBooks and supporting materials, including but not limited to course updates, video trainings, our Facebook community, and new recipes.
You may also be required to complete an exit interview and/or survey to be eligible for a refund.
This refund policy gives you 14 days to try this system, try the strategies, and learn! If you do the work and feel that we haven’t delivered on our promise even after your best efforts, we will issue a 100% refund. We always want you to be happy with the products you buy from Life As A Strawberry!
